  • Loved the national park here, great facilities with amazing costal walk and lookouts. Such an amazing place.

  • Beeaaauuutiful place where one can go whale-watching or rock fishing (risky though). The big waves rise like emerald glass that shatter into tiny fragments upon hitting the marble cliffs. Find a smooth surface and sit with your legs crossed. Close your eyes and listen to the smashing of the waves and the howling of the sea. Hike a little further and you'll find exquisite succulents growing in the wild and bushes that grow like big broccolis. Take the trail to the small lighthouse. Write your name in the sand.

Kurnell could do with some capital investment including removal of unsightly oil pipes now that the Refinery has closed. Needs more competition of eateries. However the beach is lovely and there is an off-leash beach area for dogs at the further point.
